Fantasium: The First Chapter

A classic MMORPG of the 2000s, rebuilt from scratch on a new engine. Pick a line — warrior, archer or mage — raise a pet, join a clan and stand for your army.

A whole world to live in

Not only fights: here you fish, dig, craft, raise pets and find a Friend.
  • Quests
    Townsfolk hand out tasks: hunt monsters, gather what they drop, carry word between people. The journal keeps track, and a mark over a resident shows who is waiting for you.
  • Pets
    Hatch a pet from an egg in an incubator, feed it, level it up and evolve it. A summoned pet follows the hero and makes them stronger.
  • Crafting
    Learn recipes and create items from materials; take unneeded gear apart for parts.
  • Fishing and digging
    Cast a rod at a fishing spot and fill your fishing books, or take a shovel and dig up finds outside town.
  • Friendship
    Find a Friend: your bond grows while you play side by side and unlocks shared skills — heal each other, come to each other's call, share an experience apple.
  • Clans
    Found a clan or join one: a shared bank, clan tasks and skills, a crest and a place in the clan ranking.

Three lines of a hero

Everyone starts as a novice. At level 5 a mentor in Alpen gives the quest that opens your line.
About the lines

Warrior

Sword and shield, spear

Close combat: heavy blows, shield blocks and stuns. Holds the line and takes the hits meant for others.

Archer

Bow and ballista

Ranged combat: precise shots, volleys and arrows that slow the target. Keeps the enemy at a distance.

Mage

Magic of the elements

Fire and ice, curses and protective barriers: strikes many at once and puts enemies to sleep.

Hero against hero

Duels outside any town and the war of three armies on a field of its own.
  • Army battles
    Three armies meet on the battlefield: capture points, bring your side the score and win the battle.
  • Glory and ranks
    Battles bring glory: it sets your rank and opens the glory shop.
  • Duels
    Challenge any hero outside town: a countdown, a marked field and a fight to a knockout — no death and no gear wear.
